Ron Holland was among the first designers to blend superyacht accommodations with serious performance capabilities under sail. DANCE SMARTLY is an early and exceptional example of this concept. The low profile pilothouse offers full, line of sight visibility to the horizon from the raised entertaining and dining settee to port and navigation/communication stations to starboard. This area adjoins the lower salon, which creates a tremendous sense of volume and natural light below.
Her powerful sail plan is easily managed by minimal crew, with full hydraulic sail handling. She’s remarkably light and lively at the helm despite her 130 ton displacement, due to her racing style hull form, bulb keel and skeg hung rudder.
